I got my mojo back!

And boy does it feel good!

I hit the gym tonight with Trainer Jared.  He asked me how I was doing and if I was ready to get my sweat on. 

He's still learning what I can do, my personality, preferences, strengths and weaknesses.  While I'm learning his particular style of training.  He's good.  Really good!  He takes the time to explain things, such as doing a hand turn at the top of a bicep curl will tweak or work a the inner-low portion of the bicep and give it more definition.  Who knew?!

He's also learning I'm not a pansy!

I did lower body tonight for the first time since August and It. Felt. Good!  The tell tale sign will be tomorrow when I get out of bed.   :)
