SONGBIRD

There are songs that are just too beautiful not to share. I played this in both my classes tonight during final relaxation. More than one student asked who was the artist. Eva Cassidy.

Life Observations

What other people think of me is none of my business.
It's better to embrace a moment, than it is to fear the moment passing.

Getting healthy requires lifestyle changes every day.
Be good company.
Don't close the door on opportunity.
Learn to trust your instincts; they're seldom wrong.
Cherish memories of loved ones.
Wine should be sipped, not gulped.
Everyone has a story to tell.
You don't have to be liked by everyone.
What you do not change, you choose.
Sometimes it's alright to say nothing at all.
