Monday......

Well, my day was shot to hell by 8:30 this morning. On top of that, I spilled coffee on my white slacks.

(Definitely going in to my yoga breath today).

Life Observations

What other people think of me is none of my business.
It's better to embrace a moment, than it is to fear the moment passing.

Learn to trust your instincts; they're seldom wrong.
Cherish memories of loved ones.
Wine should be sipped, not gulped.
Everyone has a story to tell.
You don't have to be liked by everyone.
What you do not change, you choose.
Sometimes it's alright to say nothing at all.
