Ok ...I don't know why...but why is it that no matter how much I prepare for Monday, I still get twisted out of shape when the day arrives?
I plan ahead starting Sunday evening: pack my lunch, pack my respective exercise bag, plan my breakfast and wardrobe, etc. I'm set to go, right?
NOT!
I may be organized, but the mind still says, "blech ...its Monday you fool!"
Note to self: plan attitude adjustment with my cup of ambition!
