Today

...came far too early.
...was hectic.
...I rocked it at the gym.
...was cold.
... I got to laugh with a friend.
... I added another name to my prayer list.
... I connected with a former co-worker I haven't heard from in 9 years. Awesome.
... I reaffirmed that I am technologically challenged.
...far too short (I need more time to get things done).
...was alright - for a Monday.
...was a gift - trying to appreciate everything that happened
... is over...I'm going to bed.

Life Observations

What other people think of me is none of my business.
It's better to embrace a moment, than it is to fear the moment passing.
I can.
Sometimes the best friends are the ones you least expect.
Even when life may seem bad, it's still good.

Learn to trust your instincts; they're seldom wrong.
Cherish memories of loved ones.
Wine should be sipped, not gulped.
Everyone has a story to tell.
You don't have to be liked by everyone.
What you do not change, you choose.
Sometimes it's alright to say nothing at all.
